Accounts Receivable Admin

full-time

Salary: $15.00 / HR


The Accounts Receivable Admin is responsible for the receipt and accounting of funds being paid to the organization. This role also serves as an auditor, ensuring that invoices are accurate and that proper accounting procedures are followed to account for the receipt of payment for goods and services completed by the organization.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and process carrier proof of delivery (POD) received via email and mail
  • Create and update statuses of all PODs in internal and external systems
  • Escalate any payment discrepancies to the Account Manager
  • Monitor customer systems for acceptance of proposed billing
  • Update and send invoices to Customer for payment
  • Update and send invoices to QuickBooks for processing
  • Prepare weekly reports
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures and service standards.
